How can I pay for my purchase?
Pay by credit card. Credit card fraud is a crime and El Naturalista will take legal action against any person making a fraudulent transaction with our on-line shop.
CES Option:
CES is a system developed by Visa International, MasterCard, Microsoft and Netscape, amongst others. It represents the response of credit card issuers and financial entities in general to the need for safer transaction mechanisms and to enhance the confidence of users and traders in the Internet. In practice, on paying with VISA or MASTERCARD you will be asked, in addition to the card number and expiry date, for a 4-digit personal identification number used exclusively for Internet transactions and which unmistakably identifies you as the owner of the card. Thus if the card is stolen or someone copies your number and expiry date they will not be able to make purchases on the Internet without said number.
You may also pay through PayPal, a free service for consumers which enables you to make all on-line purchases from a single account with the maximum security. www.paypal.en
In what currency are prices quoted?
All prices are quoted in EUROS. The price shown is always the retail price including tax. All sales prices are established in accordance with promotion and distribution costs in each country. Delivery costs are not included in said prices.
Prices quoted on www.elnaturalista.com may be revised and amended at any time as conditions require.

All sizes shown for on-line sales of El Naturalista refer to the European continental standard. If in doubt as to conversion to British or American sizes you may consult the following equivalence chart:

Half sizes
El Naturalista does not make half sizes. If in doubt as to the sizing of a particular model, please contact us on eshop@elnaturalista.com or consult the chart displayed under point 4.
Delivery costs
Delivery costs vary according to the number of pairs and the country of destination. Transport prices are subject to revision at any time.
We would like to remind customers from countries outside the European Union that local taxes and import duties are the responsibility of the client and are NOT included in the purchase price.

How is delivery managed?
Delivery will be made to any address in the countries available in our on-line shop from Monday to Friday and from 9.00 until 18.00 hours CET. All deliveries must be signed for on arrival. Transport of articles purchased in the on-line shop are handled by UPS, other courier services and by post depending on which is the best option for our clients in each particular case. In order to avoid delivery incidents (wrong address, nobody at home) filling out the contact telephone field indispensable.
El Naturalista reserves the right to vary the form of delivery and the carrier regardless of the information displayed on this page provided that this is not clearly detrimental to the interests of the customer.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery takes between 3 and 14 working days depending on the country of destination. El Naturalista reserves the right to take more than 14 days to effect delivery in the event of causes beyond the control of the Company (transport strikes, war, embargos, labour problems, natural disasters such as fire, accidents etc.), delays or other reasons on account of the carrier or other causes beyond the power of El Naturalista.
Working days are those designated on the schedule established at company headquarters in Spain.
Guarantee of products purchased on-line
All our shoes are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for two years. Manufacturing defects are usually clearly visible and/or become evident after a few days' use. Deterioration of the shoe due to undue use or exposure to external degrading agents is not considered to constitute manufacturing defects.
Damage due to incorrect use, to manipulation of the material or normal wear and tear is not included under this guarantee.
Articles offered in this catalogue comprise a selection of those available in the El Naturalista collection subject to availability of each model at the time of purchase. All products meet the same quality requirements and are subject to the same guarantee as those on sale in El Naturalista shops. Our Client Service Department has an after sales service to solve any problems related to our products or deliveries. This department offers a fast and effective service to our customers at eshop@elnaturalista.com
If you have doubts or problems on receipt of our shoes please don't hesitate to contact us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase on receipt you have 14 days to return the goods. El Naturalista declines all responsibility on expiry of this 14-day period.
How can I cancel a confirmed order?
You may cancel your order by contacting our Client Service Department provided the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. If the order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled. Please keep in mind that orders are dispatched on the first working day following the purchase date.
Can I change the size within the same model?
El Naturalista recommends that buyers consult and check the size chart (point 4 above) before making their purchase. Our goal is a completely satisfied customer. If for any reason (size, colour etc.) you are not happy with your order on delivery you have 14 days during which you may exchange it, although it may not be returned. El Naturalist declines all responsibility once this 14-day period has expired.
Can I return a model?
El Naturalista recommends that buyers consult and check the size chart (point 4 above) before making their purchase. The model must be chosen with care because you can only change the size and colour, provided stocks exist. El Naturalista will NOT accept returns for reasons other than demonstrable and substantiated manufacturing defects. The delivery costs of returns on insufficient grounds ("I don't like them" etc.) are ALWAYS charged to the client and will never be covered by El Naturalista.
To exchange or return an article:
- The product must not have been used.
- It must be sent in the same conditions as it was received, with the original box and all tickets, to the following address:
